Job Responsibilities:
Customer Follow-up: Follow up with clients regarding sent offers and Sales Orders to get updates or closures.
Order Tracking: Provide dispatch and delivery details to clients after an order is placed.
Scheduling: Book appointments for Field Sales Engineers to visit clients.
Meetings: Arrange and manage Zoom calls for sales promotions and presentations.
Data Management: Maintain and update Google Sheets, including Sales FMS, SC-OT (Sales Coordinator-Order Tracking), and SO-O to D (Sales Order to Dispatch) sheets.
CRM: Regularly update client data and sales progress in the CRM system.

Requirements :
Proven experience in following up with B2B clients.
Expertise in Google Sheets and maintaining tracking sheets.
Ability to use AI tools for drafting business communication.
Comfortable using Zoom and scheduling tools.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
