Dispatch Assistant

Salary Range : 12000-15000

Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist in preparing goods for dispatch as per delivery schedules
Verify products, quantities, and packaging before dispatch
Prepare and check dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills (if applicable)
Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and warehouse staff
Load and unload materials safely (where required)
Update dispatch records and maintain proper documentation
Track dispatched shipments and follow up on delivery status
Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the supervisor
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area

Qualifications :
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations
Knowledge of inventory management or ERP software
Familiarity with courier and transport procedures
Tally is preferred and has Experience on Tally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
