Key Responsibility:
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
Coordinate models across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to detect and resolve clashes.
Generate drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet design standards and project requirements.
Support design reviews, clash detection, and construction planning using BIM tools.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, templates, and company protocols.
Maintain version control and documentation for all BIM models and related files
