Job Responsibilities:

- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with potential customers.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

2. HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Call applicants and explain job roles, salary, and company details.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.




- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to handle recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups.
- Good organizational skills and a professional attitude.
