About the Organisation

Bhartiya Education Vidya Sankul, managed by Bhartiya Education Social Charitable Trust, operates educational institutions in Engineering, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, and School Education.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has hands-on experience working with educational institutions, educational trusts, or charitable organisations and can independently manage HR operations across multiple institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment of teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Handle staff joining, appointment letters, service agreements, confirmation, appraisals, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files, service records, attendance, leave, and staff documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain staff records and documentation required for AICTE, DTE, MSBTE, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Implement HR policies, service rules, staff discipline, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Principals, HODs, Registrars, and management across all institutions.
- Manage staff grievances, disciplinary matters, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Prepare manpower plans, HR reports, salary records, and management MIS.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, staff training, and employee development.
- Ensure proper documentation and administrative processes for trust-run educational institutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and skilled standards in all HR matters.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR,



Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
- MBA / PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in a college, school, educational group, educational trust, or charitable trust is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing HR across multiple educational institutions will receive preference.
- Knowledge of education-sector recruitment, staff service records, statutory compliance, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS/ERP, and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a disciplined, mature, and result-oriented HR professional who understands the working culture of educational institutions and trusts.

The candidate must be capable of independently managing HR systems, staff administration, recruitment, compliance, documentation, and coordination with institutional heads and management.

Candidates from general corporate HR backgrounds without relevant education-sector or trust experience may not be preferred.
