Construction Project Manager - Sindhudurga

Project: 500-Bed Hospital Construction , 10 lakh SqFt

Experience: 12–18 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably with project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of the 500-bed hospital project, ensuring timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
- Manage civil, structural, finishing, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical infrastructure coordination.
- Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, manpower, materials, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, client representatives, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, billing, variations, and project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



quality requirements, and hospital-specific technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site reviews, resolve execution issues, and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
- Report project progress, risks, costs, and key decisions to senior management.

Preferred Experience: Large-scale hospital, healthcare infrastructure, or multi-storey institutional construction projects and turnkey project execution.

Key Skills: Project planning, team leadership, coordination, and execution excellence.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
