About the Role

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, expanding the farmer and dealer network, driving sales of agricultural products, conducting field activities, and building robust relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve targets
- Drive direct farmer sales & dealer/distributor sales
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations & awareness programs
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Promote products and strengthen brand visibility
- Coordinate with production, logistics & management teams
- Prepare sales forecasts and market reports
- Train and support field teams & channel partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve market issues

Mandatory Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Agriculture Sales & Marketing




Strong experience in Direct Farmer & Dealer Sales
Experience in one or more of the following:

- Vegetable Nursery / Grafted Seedlings
- Tissue Culture Banana Nursery
- Fertilizers / Biofertilizers
- Pesticides / Insecticides / Fungicides
- Plastic Mulches
- Drip / Sprinkler Irrigation Systems
- Polyhouse / Protected Cultivation

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture OR B.Tech Agricultural Engineering

Salary: No bar for deserving candidates — compensation will be based on experience, knowledge, performance & industry standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
