We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) to develop and manage sales operations in the Bongaigaon area. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, with a strong focus on dealer management, market development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and other channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure product availability and timely order execution in the assigned area.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Implement promotional activities and sales schemes to drive business growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a sales or marketing background will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in cement, plywood, paints, roofing sheets, or other building materials.
- Good knowledge of the Bongaigaon market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
