Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with general ledger management, GST/TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain general ledger, books of accounts, and day-to-day accounting records.

- Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

- Handle GST and TDS calculations, return filings, and statutory compliance.

- Assist in taxation, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.

- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

- Ensure accurate accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and proper coding of transactions.

- Work on accounting platforms such as Tally and Zoho Books.

- Coordinate with multiple departments for invoices, payments, expenses,



and financial documentation.

- Maintain financial records and support internal and statutory audits.

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of books and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Robust knowledge of general ledger, bookkeeping, journal entries, and taxation.

- Practical experience in GST and TDS filing and compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally and/or Zoho Books.

- Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and coordination abilities.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting operations and monthly book closure.
