Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and well-organized Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily hospitality operations, maintain service quality, supervise staff, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage, guide, and coordinate hospitality staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of food and beverages, where applicable.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock availability to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train staff on service standards, customer handling, hygiene, and workplace practices.




- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to management.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, café, or food service operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Valuable customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and operational standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
