Job description:

We operate a quick-paced logistics and fulfillment warehouse in Germany. To maintain high operational efficiency, seamless workflows, and strict safety standards, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Virtual Warehouse Assistant based in India to join our remote operations team.
Role OverviewAs a Virtual Warehouse Assistant, you will act as our eyes and ears on the ground remotely. Using cloud-based CCTV systems and digital Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), you will monitor live floor activities, cross-reference outbound/inbound shipments, ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, and report any bottlenecks or safety violations instantly to the German management team.
Key Responsibilities

- CCTV & Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor live camera feeds across various zones of the warehouse (packing stations, loading docks, storage aisles) to ensure security and compliance.
- Workflow & Process Tracking: Cross-check physical warehouse activities on camera against digital logs and WMS updates (e.g., verifying packing status, order staging, and dispatch schedules).
- Discrepancy & Incident Reporting: Immediately flag delays, bottlenecks, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to the on-ground floor managers in Germany.
- Shift Logging & Documentation: Maintain detailed shift logs, incident reports,



and daily operational summaries using cloud tools and spreadsheets.
- Communication: Coordinate smoothly with local teams via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp to resolve operational exceptions in real-time.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, data entry, remote assistance, or CCTV monitoring/surveillance roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating cloud-based video management systems (VMS), WMS software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to report updates clearly to European management.
- Attention to Detail: High level of vigilance and sharp observational skills to spot discrepancies or safety risks quickly.
- Setup: A reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection and a quiet home-office setup with a backup power supply.

What We Offer

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
