Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-oriented professional to handle back-office operations, service coordination, and telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with customers and service teams, following up on service requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Coordination

- Coordinate with customers and service engineers for service requests and appointments.
- Schedule and track service visits, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Follow up with service engineers regarding job status and completion.
- Update customers about service schedules, delays, and progress.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage emails, customer inquiries, and internal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum HSC ,Any Graduation
- Experience: Fresher / Experieced
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (essential for dealing with local staff and technicians) along with a working knowledge of English.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
