A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff, inventory, and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities

- Staff Management:
- Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules store associates and supervisors.
- Conducts performance evaluations, motivates the team, and handles conflict resolution.
- Manages staff attendance, payroll inputs, and shift rotas.
- Sales & Performance:
- Drives the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value (ATV) and conversion rates.
- Analyzes customer buying trends and local market opportunities.
- Inventory & Stock Control:
- Tracks stock levels, places purchase orders with suppliers, and manages deliveries.
- Reconciles daily cash and inventory counts to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
- Handles damaged goods, returns, and product displays

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
