About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and handover to customers & service partners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed service reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and share product improvement insights with R&D;/QA teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field .
- 2-5 years of prior experience in technical service for laboratory/analytical/precision equipment preferred.




- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with high accountability.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of weighing instruments, analytical balances, or laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and digital reporting tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
