- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Build high-performance, reliable, and secure software solutions for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in software development and production systems.
- Robust foundation in Computer Science fundamentals including:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Database Management Systems
- Operating Systems
- Networking Concepts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BE/BTech/MS preferred).
- Strong experience in backend development using:
- Node.js
- JavaScript
- Any modern programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience building scalable and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
