- Support the Vertical Head in Planning and execution to achieve departmental objectives.- Micro and Macro Planning of the Manufacturing Process- Cascade and maintain Quality standards and policies.
- Micro and Macro Planning of Production to achieve the OTDIF.- Resource Planning for optimum utilization of manpower- Liaison with internal customers- CAPA implementation- Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality and process challenges.- Ensuring process optimization by implementation of Lean, Six Sigma & TQM
