Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil and interior projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking at site.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion status.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate project handover and snag closure activities.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.




- Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Robust understanding of construction methods, site management, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling commercial, retail, office, or residential interior projects.
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,967.79 per month
