Krimatix is building a modern industrial SaaS platform used for execution, inspection, integrity, and operational workflows. We help organizations digitize complex business processes through configurable, metadata-driven systems, automation, and engineering solutions.

We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership across frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery — with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, and metadata-driven platform development.

What You’ll Do

- Design and deliver production-grade full-stack systems end-to-end

- Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs using Node.js (Fastify / Express or similar)

- Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities

- Design relational schemas, queries, and scalable data models

- Implement multi-tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC

- Build reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks

- Design and extend metadata-driven systems including dynamic forms, workflows, rules engines, and configurable modules :

- Drive testing standards including unit, integration, and CI quality gates

- Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience :

- 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js in production (mandatory) :

- 5+ years hands-on experience building production systems with Node.js (mandatory) :

- Robust experience building full-stack systems end-to-end (not partial exposure) :





- Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms :

- Strong expertise in:

- Component architecture and scalable frontend design

- State management (Redux / Zustand or equivalent)

- Backend API design and performance optimization

- Hands-on experience building metadata-driven platforms such as:

- Dynamic forms

- Workflow engines

- Rules engines

- Configurable UI or backend systems

- Robust experience with:

- Relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / MySQL)

- Query optimization and schema design

- MongoDB or hybrid data models

- Experience implementing:

- RBAC across UI, API, and data layers :

- JWT-based authentication systems :

- Tenant isolation and secure access control :

- Experience with Fastify or comparable high-performance Node.js frameworks

- Strong debugging, ownership, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Next.js advanced SSR / performance optimization
- Azure cloud deployment and DevOps practices
- AI integrations (RAG, embeddings, vector search)
- Three.js / advanced browser visualization
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
