We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Civil Planning & Estimation Engineer for office-based project coordination and planning work related to high-rise construction projects, CBG/Biogas plants, government road works, highways, and industrial infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project planning and execution schedules
- Handle billing, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation
- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimations for projects
- Create and modify AutoCAD 2D & 3D drawings
- Coordinate with project sites and execution teams
- Monitor material quantities and project requirements
- Handle tendering and project documentation work
- Prepare DPRs, reports, and estimation sheets
- Support planning for high-rise buildings, roads, highways, and industrial projects
- Maintain coordination between office operations and multiple project sites
Required Skills :
- Strong command over AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Billing & estimation
- Quantity surveying
- BOQ preparation
- Tendering process
- Rate analysis
- Project planning
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices
- Experience in handling office-based coordination for multiple sites
- Robust communication and management skills
Project Experience Preferred

Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- OR :
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government Institute onlyAdditional Requirements
