Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage all operational activities of the moulding department, including production, processing, machine maintenance, and tool maintenance and repair.
- Plan and schedule the manufacturing of moulding products to meet expected delivery schedules and inventory levels.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
- Perform mould setup and colour changes as required to meet production demands.
- Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment to ensure product quality and reduce downtime.
- Set moulding process parameters to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to moulding technicians and operators.
- Provide leadership in maintaining all operational systems and process controls associated with mould processing, mould maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repair.
- Ensure compliance with all molding-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.




- Train and develop moulding personnel related to the moulding process.
- Document, report, and maintain all critical production information.
- Support new tool design and development.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Plastics Engineering preferably CIPET Engineers
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with injection moulding processes in nontoxic engineering plastics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection moulding machines, Robust understanding of process optimization techniques and lean manufacturing practices.
- Soft Skills: Leadership abilities with a focus on increasing team performance and production efficiency, a Problem-solving mindset, and a keen attention to detail.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
