- Pond Design
- Topographic & Boundary Surveys
- ALTA Surveys
- As-Built Drawings
Mentorship & Evaluation
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development
- Review trainee work and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate learning progress and readiness
Curriculum & Standards
- Continuously update training materials in line with:
- Industry best practices
- Environmental regulations
- US/local/international codes and standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior engineering teams to identify skill gaps
- Develop specialized training programs based on project and client requirements
Software Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- HydroCAD
- HEC-RAS
- HEC-HMS
- Experience with Carlson software will be an added advantage
Education & Experience
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in:
- Land Development projects
- Land Survey projects
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Civil 3D and HydroCAD
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards
- Knowledge of:
- Residential & Commercial Subdivision Projects
- Hydrology & Drainage Design
- Storm, Sewer & Water Utility Networks
Additional Requirements
- Solid understanding of Land Development codes and standards
