Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality

1. Adherence to daily Production plan2. Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target3. Ensure material availability on line4. Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine5. To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line4. To minimize rework / rejection on line5. Guide / operate machines online when required6. To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan7. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities8. Ensure proper PPE usages by line operators9. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc10. To do Kaizens to improve productivity11.
To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line12. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities13. Any other task entrusted by your seniors- Daily Productivity (Plan Vs Actual)
- OEE (Desired Vs Achieved)
- FTT (First Time Right)
- Safety-Zero Incidents / Accidents
- MSES System (JH, TPM,TQM)
