Deep expertise in Cloud Native solutioning, preferred is AWS (Nice to have Azure & GCP) Should be able to create a scalable, reliable and cost optimized cloud solution architectures using the best-fit cloud managed services. Know the nuances in configuration of these managed services and the setup of secure development environments to enable a smooth development experience. - In Depth kowledge on microservices & serverless architectures, Data & AI services and applicability & configuraiton. 2. DevOps Leadership - Design and Architect CI/CD: Design, implement, and manage robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to automate software builds, testing, and deployment across multiple environments. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the development and maintenance of IaC solutions (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP).



- Monitoring and Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk) to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues. - Incident Management: Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem processes to ensure system stability and implement preventive measures. 3.
