B2B Cabs is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily cab operations, driver coordination, trip allocation, and vendor management. The role requires ensuring smooth trip execution, timely vehicle deployment, and high service quality for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily trip assignments and vehicle deployment.
- Manage and communicate with drivers and fleet vendors.
- Monitor live trips and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure vehicle and driver compliance documentation is up to date.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain operational reports and fleet records.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or cab operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Language proficiency - Hindi and Punjabi.
