This is a night shift job where in you would be working in US times.
Our services include brokerage in US. We offer different services include brokerage, carrier services, backend work, accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Verify, audit and keep detailed records of : Hours of service / log books, Driver's payroll, Fuel/vendor invoices.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Answering incoming calls and managing proper payroll for drivers.
- Maintaining accounts files and records.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- All other related tasks & assistances where required.
- Data entry & auditing.
Requirements :
- Graduate with min. 1 year of experience mandatory. (fresher we can consider with fluent english)
- Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
- Proficient with advance MS- Excel and MS- Outlook.
- Must have experience in Accounts field.
