Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job posting to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Compliance Management : Ensure all driver hires meet DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements, including background checks, drug testing, and driving record verifications.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Department Managers and Dispatch to understand immediate staffing needs and long-term workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the transportation, HR sectors.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Communication :



Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "sell" our company to top-tier talent.
- Organization : Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
