Job Summary : Key Activities & Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform site inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring that safety measures are being followed and equipment is in good condition.
- Training and Education: Lead training sessions for employees on safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), HIRA documents and emergency procedures.
- Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near misses to determine causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and review emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are familiar with procedures for various emergency situations.
- Promote Safety Culture:



Foster a culture of safety by encouraging open communication about safety concerns and recognizing safe practices among workers.

Education :

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Safety.

Experience :

- Proven working experience of at least 1-2 years as a Safety Officer.

Required Skills and Capabilities :

- Strong knowledge of industrial safety.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type : Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,771.85 - ₹28,312.74 per month
