- Patient bathing
- Patient feeding
- Changing diapers
- Helping patient to move, sit, or turn
- Helping patient wear clothes
- Taking patient to washroom if required
- Keeping patient comfortable and protected
- Informing nurse or doctor if patient has any problem
- Following hygiene and safety rules
