JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse - US Home Health & Hospice Documentation Specialist (Elamakkara, Kochi) LOCATION: Elamakkara, Kochi, Kerala JOB TYPE: Full-time | Night Shift | Office-based only (Must report to Elamakkara office daily - No remote or work-from-home allowed) WORK HOURS: Night shift in India: 6:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. IST (This aligns exactly with 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Central Time in Carrollton, Texas) ABOUT THE ROLE: We are a US-based healthcare company providing Home Health, Hospice, and clinic services in Carrollton, Texas. We are hiring Registered Nurses for our outsourcing office in Elamakkara, Kochi (currently around 20 staff). This role focuses on medical documentation and communication support for our US teams. JOB SUMMARY: We need a Registered Nurse with outstanding computer skills and excellent English to handle clinical documentation during night shift hours. While the nursing degree helps understand clinical terms, the most important skills are advanced Google Workspace proficiency, document analysis, fast typing, self-learning ability, and strong English communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Medical documentation and communication for US Home Health and Hospice services - Daily use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail - Analyze, review,
