Position: Operations Executive - E-commerce & Warehouse

Location: Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily order processing and dispatch.
- Handle packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain stock inventory and warehouse records.
- Perform quality checks before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners and marketplaces.
- Manage returns, replacements, and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare daily operational reports for the Operations Head.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and manage warehouse activities.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
