identifying areas for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and logistics. - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, as per operational needs.
