Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via road and air for domestic and export consignments
- Execute sales and export orders from dispatch to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams
- Manage picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory coordination with the warehouse
- Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, e‑way bills, AWB copies, COO, and other export documents
- Coordinate customs clearance processes with freight forwarders
- Track shipments, PODs, and delivery timelines
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, shortages, or documentation discrepancies




- Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost‑effective logistics operations
- Maintain logistics MIS reports, shipment records, and cost summaries
- Ensure compliance with GST, e‑way bill, customs, and transport regulations

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
