Job Title: Data Entry & Verification Executive

We are a growing clothing wholesale company looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to support our warehouse operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Enter order and delivery details accurately into our system

- Update production inwards and outwards entries on a daily basis

- Maintain accurate stock, production, and order data using our mobile/tablet-based software :

- Verify garments in the warehouse by counting and checking quantities :

- Match physical stock with system data and report any differences

- Ensure all records are updated, organized, and correct

- Comfortable with data entry and basic stock checking :

- Good with numbers and attention to detail :

- Organized, responsible, and committed to accuracy

- Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented





- Willing to learn and follow simple processes

Work Environment & Support:

- Clean, safe, and respectful workplace :

- The role involves counting and checking only — no heavy lifting, no moving goods, and no physical labour :

- Proper training and support will be provided

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic data entry skills

- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets :

- Experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome
