About the role : We are seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Helpers to support warehouse operations and ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers. The role involves handling deliveries, managing cash transactions, and collecting payments via UPI apps (Google Pay, etc.) or cash.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and warehouse locations.
- Verify and maintain delivery documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Handle goods with care and ensure proper loading/unloading.
- Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse staff.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure compliance with traffic rules.
- Maintain delivery logs and update records accurately.
