Position: E-Commerce Category Executive-3 (M/F) (Location -2 Person Rajkot And 1 Person Mumbai Goregaon)

Department: E-Commerce, Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager / Sales Head

Salary : - 30,000 to 35,000/- CTC

Experience Required: 4-6 Years, Employment Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Management

Experience in E-Commerce category management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

1. Job Purpose

To manage and grow assigned product categories on e-commerce platforms by optimizing product listings, pricing,

promotions, and inventory to achieve sales targets and improve online visibility.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Category Management

- Manage assigned product categories across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor category performance, sales trends, and market demand.
- Plan strategies to increase category growth and product visibility.

B. Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Ensure accurate catalog data, keywords, and category mapping.
- Maintain SEO-friendly product content for better search ranking.

C. Pricing & Promotion Management

- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Plan discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns and banners.

Inventory & Order Management

- Track stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Monitor order processing and return issues.

E. Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and product rankings.
- Identify top-selling and slow-moving products.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and category performance reports.

1. Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms
- Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
- Understanding of product listing, catalog management, and SEO keywords
- Knowledge of online promotions and digital sales strategies
