Description : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused D2C Associate to join our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) team. This role will primarily focus on ensuring smooth order delivery, enhancing post-purchase customer experience, and driving customer retention. The trainee will work closely with logistics, operations, and support teams to resolve delivery challenges, manage customer interactions, and continuously improve processes to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and process D2C orders received through website and online platforms.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment and timely delivery to customers.




- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and delays.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to orders.
- Monitor delivery performance and track key metrics like TAT, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Work on improving customer experience to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Track daily order fulfillment performance and prepare basic reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

Skills Required :

- 0 to 1 year of experience in D2C operations, customer support, e-commerce, or order management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic analytical skills for tracking performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with Shopify, marketplaces, CRM, or order management tools is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
