We are hiring 3 Outward Store Executives for our Raw Material Stores operations in Ravulapalem. The role involves inventory handling, outward material management, stock maintenance, and supervising store assistants in a manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Material Requisition (MR) withdrawals with the picking team
- Maintain racking discipline and material segregation
- Update stock notes for all physical material movements
- Handle inward materials and arrange them in racks
- Conduct stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy
- Supervise Outward Store Assistants and assign daily work
- Maintain outward area housekeeping
- Update tasks and records in ERP / Bitrix24 systems
Weekly Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stock audits
- Review assistant performance and workflow
- Ensure deep housekeeping of outward storage areas
Monthly Responsibilities
- Support inventory closing and ERP reconciliation
- Identify dead stock materials
- Participate in monthly audit activities
