About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily order processing and shipment booking through multiple courier portals
- Generate shipping labels, AWBs, invoices, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively handle delays or delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update internal systems
- Manage returns (RTO), exchanges, and reverse logistics processes
- Optimize shipping costs and suggest process improvements
- Ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders as per SLA
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and logistics updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or shipping operations
- Strong working knowledge of courier/shipping portals
- Familiarity with order fulfillment and dispatch workflows




- Basic understanding of Excel and inventory management systems
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
- Understanding of packaging and warehouse operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
