We are looking for a highly responsible and technically sound Site Supervisor - Modular Kitchen Installation who can independently manage site execution, understand AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with production teams, and ensure smooth installation with zero errors and timely delivery.
This role demands leadership, technical understanding, and robust coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete modular kitchen installation at site
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings & technical layouts accurately
- Coordinate between design, production, and installation teams :
- Assign daily tasks to carpenters, installers, and electricians
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
- Ensure material availability and coordinate dispatch from warehouse
- Verify measurements before and during installation
- Maintain site data, progress reports, and client updates
- Handle on-site challenges and provide quick solutions
- Experience in site supervision for interior/kitchen projects
- Team handling & leadership ability
- Understanding of hardware fittings, materials, laminates, shutters, accessories
- Ability to coordinate with production & factory team
- Strong measurement & execution accuracy
- Problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture
- Experience in Modular Kitchen / Interior Industry
- Strong communication skills
