We are looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator who will act as a critical link between the Warehouse Manager and Operations Coordinator, ensuring smooth and timely dispatch of goods.This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily dispatches with warehouse and operations teams
- Plan and schedule shipments based on order priority and delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, e-way bills, transport details)
- Communicate with transporters for vehicle placement and tracking
- Monitor dispatch status and proactively resolve delays/issues
- Maintain records of dispatches, pending orders, and deliveries
- Verify quantities and product details before dispatch
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors for smooth delivery execution
- Assist in optimizing logistics costs and improving efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain roles
- Basic understanding of transport and dispatch processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good with numbers and basic calculations
- Familiarity with Excel and basic documentation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
