Key Responsibilities :

- Enter and update order, dispatch, and shipment details in the system
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock inward/outward entries
- Update courier details, AWB numbers, and delivery status
- Record returns, cancellations, and replacement data
- Verify data accuracy against physical stock and dispatch documents
- Generate daily reports related to orders, inventory, and dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer support teams
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company SOPs
- Support audit and reconciliation activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in data entry within an eCommerce or warehouse setting
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shadipur Depot, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience :

- Data entry: 2 years (required)
