Key Responsibilities : Warehouse Operations Management :

- Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of products.
- Ensure productive use of warehouse space, maintain accurate inventory levels, and implement strategies to streamline operations.

Inventory Control :

- Ensure proper inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize discrepancies by implementing regular checks.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to forecast demand, track stock levels, and reorder inventory as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and ensure they align with system records.

Leadership qualities :

- Ensure the team adheres to safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies.

Safety and Compliance :

- Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe material handling practices.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Logistics Coordination :

- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and supply chain) and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.




- Monitor the delivery schedules and manage the logistics team to optimize dispatch routes and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Process Improvement :

- Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
- Leverage technology (warehouse management systems, etc.) to optimize inventory tracking and reporting.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse activities, including receipts, dispatches, and returns.

Qualifications :

- Education : Knowledge and an Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Annual pay: ₹ 2,00,000/*

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
