About the Role

Laravel Developer

Frontend Responsibilities

- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX-based interaction flows
- Blade templating engine for dynamic UI rendering
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Vue.js / React

Server & Deployment

- Manage deployments and server-related tasks using cPanel
- Handle production, staging, and development environments

Caching & Performance

- Implement and manage caching strategies (Redis / file cache / query cache)
- Optimize API response times and reduce database load
- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks

Collaboration & Integration

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with frontend teams (React) for smooth API consumption
- Work closely with product managers and designers to implement requirements
- Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning

Required Skills - Laravel Developer

- Professional experience with Laravel (overall 6+ years) :

- Strong knowledge of PHP, MVC architecture, and the Laravel ecosystem :

- Experience with MySQL and database optimization techniques

- Deep understanding of Laravel features: Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, middleware, and policies :

- Proficiency in API development and third-party API integration

- Familiarity with caching tools: Redis, Memcached, and file cache

- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

- Knowledge of web security best practices: CSRF, XSS, and SQL injection prevention

Server & Hosting Administrator

cPanel / WHM Management

- Manage cPanel and WHM accounts: creation, suspension, and termination
- Monitor disk usage, bandwidth, and resource allocation per account
- Handle cPanel license renewals and version upgrades

Server Administration

- Configure and optimize PHP versions,



MySQL/MariaDB, and mail services
- Perform regular OS patching, kernel updates, and software upgrades
- Set up and manage cron jobs, system services, and scheduled tasks

Security & Monitoring

- Implement and monitor SSL/TLS certificates (Let's Encrypt and paid certificates)
- Perform malware scanning, brute-force attack prevention, and vulnerability assessments
- Respond promptly to server alerts, downtime incidents, and security breaches

Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Configure and manage automated backup solutions (JetBackup, R1Soft, or equivalent)
- Test and verify backup integrity on a regular schedule
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures

Performance Optimization

- Optimize server performance: Redis, Memcached, OPcache, compression, and CDN integration
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in CPU, RAM, I/O, and network usage
- Tune MySQL/MariaDB for high-traffic workloads

Support & Documentation

- Provide technical support for hosting-related issues and escalations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of server configurations, changes, and procedures

Required Skills - Server & Hosting Administrator

- 5+ years of experience in Linux server administration and web hosting :

- Robust proficiency with cPanel, WHM, and AutoSSL :

- Hands-on experience with Apache, Nginx, or LiteSpeed web servers

- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash) for automation and task management

- Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB administration and query optimization

- Experience with server monitoring and alerting tools

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure VPS management
- Experience with WHMCS or billing/hosting automation platforms
- Knowledge of CDN providers such as Cloudflare or BunnyCDN
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker / Kubernetes)

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
