Our job in LaSalle's Digital Transformation Team is to accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units. We prototype ideas, test them in real business scenarios and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centered design, and AI driven rapid development techniques help deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps - Architect and implement IaC solutions using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency across Cloud Platform environments (Azure preferred) Technical Leadership - Provide technical guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices including effective use of AI development tools. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.



Technical Skills 5+ years of professional software development experience Expert proficiency in Python, Node.js backend development including Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks Robust React development skills with modern hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component architecture Demonstrated experience creating and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking, security, storage, and compute services Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or OpenAI Codex Experience integrating AI code generation into development workflows while maintaining quality and security standards Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Version control expertise with Git and collaborative development workflows Professional Competencies Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering,
