Job Purpose : A Glimpse of Your Daily Mission :

- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Power Apps to digitize and optimize business processes.-
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Robotic Process Automation technologies.
- Implement solution-based development practices and Application Lifecycle Management processes to ensure controlled deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing Operations, Customer Operations, European Information Technology teams, and Corporate Global Information Systems teams to understand requirements and deliver business solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process logic while ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Manage assigned projects independently from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.- Work closely with global teams and remote management to successfully execute digital transformation initiatives.

Your Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a multinational manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.
- Proven hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Apps Canvas Applications and Power Automate Flows.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions management, and Power Platform integrations.
- Robust understanding of data modeling, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Entra ID administration,



including authentication and role-based access control.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and solution-based development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience within manufacturing environments and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning solutions is preferred.

Travel Requirements : Very rare travel requirements. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required based on business needs.
