Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Power Automate Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client provides commercial banking services to businesses and individuals, as well as personal banking & consumer lending services, offering a broad suite of services including savings accounts, checking accounts, money markets, home equity lines of credit, and mortgages.

- REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience building both cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA).
- Understanding of working with connectors, expressions, and conditions within Power Automate.
- Experience integrating Power Automate with external systems using APIs or HTTP connectors.
- Positive understanding of data structures and how information flows between systems.
- Strong communication skills, as you will be speaking directly with non-technical stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and build workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud, desktop, and scheduled flows).
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing flows, fixing errors and improving performance.
- Connect Power Automate to other Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Integrate with third-party systems and APIs where needed.
- Document your workflows clearly so others can understand and maintain them.
- Follow IT governance, security, and data handling standards in everything you build.
