Open Positions: 2 Key Skills and Experience : Should have 6-7 years of development experience working on OSB and defect fixing.
- Facilitate all project meetings for all assigned technology system projects.
- Develop, gather and publish project scoping document, plans and definition documents for all new and changed projects.
- Ability to balance and provide project budgets and expenses and keep them within project boundaries.
- Coordination and oversight of project planning and execution documents, schedules, travel schedules and communications.
- Update all project Documentation including Project timelines within PPM Express, Process Documentation, Training Documentation and report back to the VP of Project Management with updates
Qualifications :
- Extremely Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and work in a rapid paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work as needed for the needs of the project
- 2+ years of project management and / or coordination experience
- Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices.
- 3+ years' experience working with computer based project management software
