Key Responsibilities

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Improve user experience based on analytics and feedback
- Ensure responsive and accessibility-focused design standards
- Work with modern AI-assisted design workflows and tools

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Understanding of typography, color systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with responsive web and mobile design




- Knowledge of design systems and component-based workflows
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience working on SaaS, ERP, healthcare, fintech, payroll, or enterprise products
- Portfolio showcasing dashboards, mobile apps, and modern UI systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agile environments

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
