Job Title: Senior SEO Executive Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Senior SEO Executive who can plan and execute SEO activities to improve website ranking, traffic, and lead generation. The role requires solid hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and performance tracking. This position focuses on execution and optimization rather than team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Planning & Execution

- Support SEO strategy implementation to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Work on SEO tasks based on monthly and quarterly plans
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and performance

2. Keyword Research & Content Optimization

- Conduct keyword research based on business goals and search intent
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content using SEO best practices
- Suggest content topics and improvements to increase organic traffic

3. Technical SEO & Website Health

- Monitor crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, and website speed
- Ensure proper on-page implementation including meta tags, schema, internal linking, and URL structure
- Coordinate with developers to fix technical SEO issues

4. Link Building & Off-Page SEO

- Execute link-building activities such as guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach
- Track backlink quality and monitor competitor link strategies
- Maintain off-page activity records

5. Website Analysis & Reporting

- Monitor website traffic, keyword performance, bounce rate, and conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports




- Provide insights and recommendations based on data

6. Collaboration & Task Follow-up

- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers for SEO implementation
- Follow up on design and development tasks related to SEO improvements
- Ensure timely completion of assigned SEO activities

7. SEO Trends & Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Explore new SEO tools, techniques, and optimization opportunities

Requirements Skills

- Strong knowledge of keyword research and SEO implementation
- Hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO
- Good understanding of technical SEO (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, etc.)
- Experience in link-building strategy execution and outreach
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Content planning and on-page optimization skills
- Website performance analysis and reporting ability
- Competitor and traffic analysis skills
- Good documentation skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong coordination and task follow-up skills

Knowledge

- Understanding of Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Knowledge of user behavior and search intent
- Awareness of SEO KPIs such as CTR, bounce rate, and engagement metrics
- Basic understanding of multi-channel SEO (YouTube, Google Maps, etc.)
- Knowledge of conversion optimization from organic traffic
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-friendly optimization
- Ability to understand business domain and service offerings for better SEO planning

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
