Work Location :Bangalore : Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services
- Lead frontend development using modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js)
- Drive scalability, performance tuning, and optimization initiatives
- Conduct architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Identify and resolve production performance bottlenecks
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations
Must Have Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Laravel framework
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, OOP principles, and design patterns
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
- Robust understanding of MVC architecture and system design principles
- Expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL with query optimization and indexing strategies
- Proven experience in scalability design and performance optimization (caching strategies, load handling, DB tuning, code profiling)
- Strong experience in building and optimizing REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)
- Experience handling production issues and root cause analysis
- Version control using Git
Good to Have Skills :
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue.js)
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
- Experience with Redis / Memcached / caching mechanisms
